Digital Manager - Media Agency

Im looking for a lively and confident Digital Manager with extensive digital planning and buying experience! This role is to work on an awesome client with a large budget spend and will require someone 'hands on'.

Attention to detail is extremely important for this role and you will need to be well organised as the nature of the client requires rapid response and quick turnaround time. You must have strong relationships with media and experience with Media Mind would be beneficial. My client are looking to grow this account further and are looking for someone with the ability to up-sell and cross sell additional services to the client so you must have prior account management experience and be confident in dealing with, and presenting to clients.

Role / Responsibilities;
- The Digital Manager works closely with the Group Business Director, Digital Account Director or Digital Director (Depending on team), to ensure that the product delivered to clients is truly integrated and best in class.
- Manage the client business within your portfolio, with support from AD, as a core contact for Digital media related communication.
- Attend brand planning workshops, client presentations and any other client meetings that require a Digital team presence.
- Manage expectations on any relevant client deliverables.
- Educate clients about digital media; with a customised approach.
- Play an active role in ensuring that unique and ground-breaking ideas are developed.
- Stay aware of clients’ competitor activities & deliver insights for clients.
- Work with AD to prepare concise plans that bring a communications strategy to life and then manage implementation.
- Traffic digital campaigns effectively using agency preferred third-party adserving software e.g. DoubleClick, MediaMind etc.
- Convert overall media strategy into relevant digital touch points.
- Manage the preparation of reports in conjunction with Digital team to cover all aspects of client’s media investment: schedules, reports, contracts, budgeting, confirmation, final buy, post analysis, tracking etc.
- Ensureallmediacommunicationplansaremeasurableandsupport clients business objectives.
- Activelycoach/train junior employees.
