Digital Lead

As the Digital Lead marketing and communications 
organization, you will be responsible for: 
 Developing global digital strategy to best support the overall thematic strategies and 
specific unit needs 
 Planning, managing and optimizing digital campaigns that promote the B&TS services, 
capabilities, success and leaders and elevate the brand 
 Managing a team of digital marketing specialist 
 Overseeing operations of digital initiatives related to web properties and channels, social media, 
email marketing, paid digital campaigns 
 Measuring outcomes through analytics 
Your success will be evaluated based on several factors including digital’s impact on business outcomes, 
the effectiveness of the channels and campaigns measured by defined KPIs, consistent delivery of quality 
content across all digital channels, and your team’s ability to manage and execute their individual tasks. 
In this role, you will: 
 Position and promote the brand strategically and consistently across online channels 
 Develop the overarching digital strategy, roadmap, and KPIs in support of the business 
objectives and campaigns 
 Provide strategic recommendations, guidance, and support to functional and unit 
teams on audience segmentation and targeting, digital channel mix, channel effectiveness and 
optimization, and performance measurement and ROI for campaigns and programs 
 Liaise with other teams and external agencies to execute joint digital campaign 
components 
 Manage all operations, including processes, templates, reports/dashboards, and budget 
 Manage and mentor a team of marketers who are specialized in web, email, social media, and 
paid digital programs (paid social, AdWords, Native Advertising, etc.) 
 Collaborate with the corporate digital team to ensure compliance with brand guidelines 
and corporate digital marketing policies and processes 
Qualifications 
 10-15 years’ experience in a related field, preferably with a B2B services organization 
 Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, web analytics tools (especially Google Analytics), Marketo, 
and Salesforce.com, Hootsuite and list management 
 Familiarity with HTML/CSS/web design 
 Experience in tracking key web metrics and creating dashboards and reports for presentation to 
senior management 
 Worked with external agencies and vendors 
 Excellent analytical and project management skills 
 Experience in managing cross-cultural remote teams 
 Excellent communication (verbal/written) skills 
 Ability to travel 25% of the time 
 BA required; Master’s degree or Ph.D. preferred
