Digital Insights Specialist

Reporting into the Digital Search and Insights Manager, this role is responsible for the delivery and continuous improvement of Digital channels such as paid search, search engine optimisation as well ongoing web analytics support and development.

  • Lead paid search marketing activity delivery and ongoing management by working closely with vendors and key internal stakeholders

  • Drive improved performance of paid search activity

  • Contribute to cross functional content generation/improvement initiatives from a search engine optimisation lens, providing advice and recommendations on best practice

  • Maintain meta tags, manage duplicate and outdated pages from an SEO standpoint via Sitecore CRM platform.

  • Provide reporting and insights from the company's web analytics tools – primarily (but not exclusive to) Google & Adobe  Analytics to support all of Marketing and Retail Customers requirements including customer segmentation where relevant

  • Maintain tags on mainly via the company's tag management tool, Google Tag Manager, for campaign tracking, digital tool implementation and other tagging requirements

  • Support the Digital Solutions team in implementing and analysing event tracking of the new widgets and functionality on the site.

  • Provide ongoing digital performance insights and analysis using visualisation tools to help drive digital strategy and optimisation

  • Support Campaign Delivery team in tag implementation, tracking (inc. UTM tracking parameters) and reporting regarding digital campaign activity
