Seeking a Digital Implementation Manager for a 6 month project with a major pharmaceutical company!

Purpose/Objective of the job

Responsible for the day to day project management for the implementation of the centralized Portfolio management tool for the Customer Engagement Hub, Sys Admin duties, Data Migration Lead for the initial set up.

Key Responsibilities and Major Duties
 Responsible for day to day project management for all the project phases from discovery, analysis, development, testing to launch.
o Work with project lead to evolve the Project Charter into a kick off deck that outlines the scope, timeline, roles/responsibilities, etc.
o Partner with cross functional teams to develop the project plan and maintain the updates.
o Work to block calendars and schedule key interviews onsite and virtually
o Track day-to- day project activities, responsible and accountable to participate and assist to coordinate status meeting(s), track project deliverables, and timing, gather status updates from project stakeholders, identify project issues and risks.
o Produce status report Deck updates
o Assist the AD- Digital Marketing Operations to lead the activities between the implementation team (Workfront) and internal teams (Channel Integration Hub, IT, Capability team, Digital Hubs, Marketing Ops) and external (vendors, agency partners) partners as appropriate in facilitating the delivery of the portfolio tool.
 Responsible for the initial setup and administration of the portfolio management tool
o Assist the implementation team in gathering the access requirements.
o Set up access group and privilege as per the user group, roles as identified in access requirements. Map Workfront Terminology to BMS Vernacular for Role Training and all decks.
o Coordinate with Director of WW MO and IT to ensure portfolio data in current project tracker ismapped and migrated to the portfolio tool as per the defined requirements.
o Coordinate and participate in UAT and obtain UAT sign off from ALL key stakeholders.
o Work with Marketing Operations and other teams to ensure all necessary data or documents are in place and fully set up for 2017 use, this include but not limited to,2017 initial project list,
project templates, intake forms, etc.
 Prior to term ending and in parallel to the project implementation, candidate should be able to supply key visuals for use in decks, including, but not limited to: overall workflow, Workfront Roles :: Roles, All Tactic Types/Template Naming Chart for established workflows, several “How To” 1-page slides on daily needs across the roles, future enhancements captured, ID of system integrations…

Key Skills:

 Strong project management experience in software implementation

 Experience inside creative agencies or marketing at large corporations , a plus

 Strong communication / presentation skills

 Super user experience with Workfront highly desired

 Ability to navigate complex and continually evolving organizational environments

 Background in a regulated corporate structure or industry
