Digital Health Product Manager

Our healthcare client is seeking a Digital Product Strategist for a Cloud Strategy to guide the definition and strategic direction of the Cancer Patient Engagement Platform. The Product Strategist will focus on solutions focused on helping the lives of our Cancer patients, their families, and the efficacy of our clinical teams. The Product Strategist will drive product strategy, user research, product planning as well as be a key participant in cross-functional product development. Therefore, the Product Strategist must have the ability to generate product requirements with compelling business cases and clear feature sets that leverage market and user research. The Product Strategist will work as part of a cross-functional team touching key clinical and business stakeholders and executives as well as developers, UI/UX designers, and users, so the ability to communicate effectively at a variety of levels is must.

Essential Functions
• Identify and assess opportunities for new Health Cloud Cancer products and services
• Research, evaluate, and communicate market trends, competitor forces, and industry regulations in the development of go to market strategy
• Capture the voice of the customer through user stories and research to identify current and emerging needs of customers, patients and providers
• Develop business models for proposed product and services
• Lead concept design for product and service ideas
• Visualize, define, and communicate features and benefits through various stages of conception, evaluation (testing/iterative design), refinement, and production – full life cycle!
• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams, e.g. Web Development, Apps, Analytics, Marketing, and Cloud Program Management to translate strategy into successful execution

Qualifications
• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required, Masters or MBA preferred.
• 5-7 years digital experience in product manager role with public-facing digital products is required.

Skills & Abilities
• Experience in digital product strategy
• Demonstrated ability to grasp user needs and to define the needed solution / product
• Ability to create quantitative and qualitative analysis, technical requirements, complex problem-solving
• Experience in writing function requirements / user stories
• Knowledge of UIUX Design and competence with Adobe Suite
• Ability to multi-task and drive multiple products across different stages of development
• Ability to work autonomously, as part of a team, and in a team-lead role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and mastery slide presentations
• Highly analytical and a strong problem solver
