Digital Guest Experience Producer

Digital Guest Experience Producer’s primary focus is to provide exceptional support for the digital experience needs of Guests interacting with web sites. The individual will be responsible for ensuring the execution of the day-to-day operations necessary for providing superior Guest Service experience. They will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with Guest-facing partners Reservation Center, Guest Communications, Guest Relations, Ticketing, Lodging Guest Services.

Technical Skills
• Proven experience working with multiple complex systems
• Understanding of web technologies 25%
Interpersonal Skills
• Proven effective verbal and written communication skills, including adept at writing messages to various targeted audiences and strong grammatical skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and proven mentoring skills 25%
Business Acumen
• Recommend and drive continuous operations and process improvement for the guest retention program.
• Provide guidance to business and marketing teams on effective ways to improve overall guest satisfaction and retention. 25%
Leadership
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrated detail-orientation and accuracy with information
• Demonstrated strong organizational and the ability to work with confidential information 25%


Required Qualifications
• The successful candidate will have operations strategy experience
• The candidate must have experience in retail guest relationship management and call center
• The candidate must have initiative, be a quick learner, detail oriented, and possess excellent problem solving skills

Desired Qualifications
• 3-5 years of process or operations improvement work experience
• 2-3 years of operations experience in a dynamic guest service environment
• Must have great people skills and strong leadership experience
• Ability to effectively manage and motivate teams individually and through others
• Flexibility to execute and multi task in a fast-pace setting remote environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• Working knowledge of contact center technologies - keeps current with emerging changes in contact center industry and technologies
• Outstanding communication, presentation and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
• Proven business, leadership and performance management skills
