Digital Garage Project Manager

You will provide marketing project management support to the Company's UK & Ireland’s marketing team, in connection with the Digital Garage and other related programmes, which aim to help over 250K people across the UK & Ireland improve their Digital Skills

This marketing project management support could include any of the the following:

* Management of our physical garages: including building new garages, managing them when they’re open and closing them when done. Ongoing management will include ensuring the event calendar (comprising training, mentoring, workshops and third-party events) is developed, planned and executed

* Management of our online platform’s performance: including product improvements and all aspects of promotion (earned, owned and paid)

* Business development: Support the core team with the maintenance and development of relationships with a range of large partners, that would enable us to scale our efforts and reach our training targets

* Reporting and analysis: Ensure weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, reviewing status of the digital garage programme are filled in an accurate and timely manner. Track effectiveness of all activities, including - but not limited to - the effectiveness of promotions. Provide analysis-based insight aimed at improving efficiencies

* Content management & development: Ensure the training content we provide is as useful and helpful as it can be. This would include regularly reviewing existing presentations based on audience feedback, examining gaps in content provision, prioritising which content elements we need to fix / add most urgently, ensure the content is added / updated, review and repeat

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:
* Experience in marketing/project management with proven Event organisation skills
* Strong analytical skills: Comfortable analysing and presenting data, with a keen eye for detail
* Proven stakeholder management: experience managing partners or third parties in commercial and operational activities
* Ability to get things done with an entrepreneurial mindset for overcoming obstacles
* Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations, action plans, and campaigns that drive high ROI
* Fluency in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills
* BA/BS degree or equivalent

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA
- Experience in either B2B (ideally SME) marketing or B2C marketing
- Experience in marketing/project management with proven Event organisation skills
- Proven ability to work effectively with multiple cross-
