Our Fortune 500 client on the edge of Carmel, IN is in need of a Digital Experience Marketing Manager to join their team. The Digital Experience Marketing Manager will help evolve and lead the company’s on-line marketing presence including the leadership and execution of all websites, website content, mobile, CRM/email activities, and strategic usage of apps and marketing technology systems (STEP, etc.)

Nature & Scope:
This role requires the ability to apply brand marketing principles to develop, manage and execute the company's online engagement strategy. Responsibilities include daily oversight of web site functionality, user experience modeling and SEO methodologies. This person must also remain abreast of emerging interactive technologies, internal systems and processes and channel communications requirements. The Website Experience Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Brand Management and manages one part-time, web-based designer. This individual will work cross-functionally within marketing and provide regular market-facing guidance and project prioritization to IT, while managing outside technology and creative agencies for web and interactive marketing services.

Dimensions:
 Responsible for all branded consumer and trade websites, B-to-B sites, mobile sites, apps., corporate website and oversight of global websites.
 Management of a large budget

Principal Accountabilities:
 Develop, plan and coordinate long and short term technology strategies and initiatives in conjunction with the IT and vendor partners.
 Lead website (B2C & B2B) strategy and development roadmap, design, site aesthetics and functionality optimization for DFC, including management of interactive agency partners
 Direct the development and deployment of business and technology strategy and systems (e-catalog, B2B, DAM, Content Management, etc.) to provide product information and promote the sales of company products
 Partner with brand and channel teams to oversee company-wide e-marketing plans and execution in conjunction with brand and channel objectives
 Partner with extended brand team, e-business leadership team, Customer Solutions, I/T, global teams, and external partners to design and develop innovative web experiences that elevate and advance our digital presence.
 Establish KPIs to manage performance and communicate results/value to team; partner with web analytics partner to track site performance and prepare recommendations and updates with goal of optimizing experience and education of broader organization.
 Partner with I/T to drive implementation and ongoing management of DAM and content management systems.
 Set priorities, direction, prepare progress reports, and provide feedback to ensure accountability, coordination, and timely execution of all sales and marketing technology initiatives
 Manage internal and external resources (including budgets) for websites, apps and marketing/sales technology
 Work closely with Internet Sales Team to manage internet policies, partner with key internet customers, and support our brand and company objectives via the internet channel.
 Manage and forecast interactive marketing budget
 Keep abreast of digital marketing trends and innovation to continually evolve company's digital approach.

Education and Experience/Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess a four year degree in business, marketing or related field from a college or university with a minimum of 5 years of interactive marketing experience in a related industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience. It is necessary that this individual possess a blend of digital expertise coupled with marketing background. Individual must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with confidence at all levels of the organization. This person must possess a thorough and demonstrated knowledge of current and emerging interactive technologies. The ability to multi-task effectively while managing internal and external resources is required. This person must be highly collaborative and a strategic thinker and have the ability to apply resources to drive results against business objectives.
