Digital Experience & Technology Manager

Our top retail and real estate development client is looking for a customer-centric, passionate and technology-savvy digital experience and technology expert to manage the transformation of their web site, mobile and in-mall digital experiences focused on delighting and inspiring our shoppers and retailers throughout the path to purchase.

This is a hands-on role that will require thought leadership, strategic thinking and execution, and will take our online and in-mall digital experiences and technology capabilities to a new level of excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Rapidly evolving client’s web site and mobile digital experiences to support the achievement of shopper and retailer goals and business objectives;
• Transforming shopper and retailer goals, business objectives and technology capabilities into digital experience requirements;
• Developing and managing the digital experience priorities, roadmap and release calendar, partnering with internal technology and business partners and agencies.
• Leveraging your expert understanding of mobile and digital technology and trends to drive web site, mobile and in-mall digital strategies;
• Evaluating and communicating benefits, risks and dependencies respective to current, new and emerging technologies to support to support the achievement of shopper and retailer goals and business objectives
• Proactively seeking, evaluating and communicating relevant emerging technologies and trends to support a forward-thinking and strategic approach to meeting and exceeding shopper and retailer goals and business objectives

Knowledge/Skills:

• 6+ years digital and marketing technology or consulting experience, including the development, implementation and ongoing evolution of mobile sites, applications and related digital experiences.
• Proven experience evaluating and leveraging a collection of technologies and methodologies to design and deliver captivating mobile web experience and applications across multiple interaction channels (mobile, tablets, desktop, etc.).
• Proven experience evaluating and leveraging mobile technology to develop innovative digital experiences.
• Experience identifying, evaluating and partnering with leading technology and mobile companies to deliver engaging digital experiences.
• Experience with CMS, DAM, testing & targeting, tag management and web analytics technologies. Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Marketing Cloud experience preferred.
