Digital Distribution Marketing Director

Responsible for managing marketing and promotional activities of theatrical catalog films across all Video on Demand and Electronic Sell-Through platforms. Specific experience in online media and social media activation is strongly preferred, with a strong analytical focus on campaign measurement. Prior exposure with managing campaigns and promotions across MVPD’s (eg. Comcast) and IPTV platforms (eg.Verizon Fios) is preferred, but not necessary. Position will interact with vendors/internal stakeholders (creative, online media, publicity, legal, sales, retail marketing) for campaign execution/digital strategy. Proactively manage marketing ad budget and ensure campaigns spend within budget. Responsibilities include:

- Recommend and execute digital distribution marketing plans for film titles across accounts (iTunes, Xbox, Google, Comcast, etc.). This requires an understanding of the digital landscape as well as understanding the consumer who purchases content in the digital ecosystem. Manage and work with key internal stakeholders (e.g. online media team, social team) to execute marketing plans. Plans may include testing various online media strategies, expanding social media and youtube footprint for campaigns.
- Work with creative and legal to identify and develop assets for online media and social campaigns (e.g. banners, online video spots, etc.)
- Evaluate effectiveness of marketing promotions/campaigns and provide insights/learnings – this includes providing recommendations based on analyzing data results from campaigns
- Constantly monitor performance of online and social media campaigns and develop key reports for internal distribution
- Present marketing plans, campaign updates, and post mortem results internally to home entertainment team as well as externally to clients.
