Our client is seeking a Digital Designer to support the VP of marketing in designing and implementing landing pages, interactive banners, emails and social media assests to help drive leads and conversions. B2B experience preferred.
The Designer will support the business building digital advertising, social and promotional assets. This role will work collaboratively to concept, design, and build and enhance landing pages, interactive banner ads, websites, apps, emails, social media and other creatives. The Designer will have experience with pay per click advertising performance and have the skills to analyze and manage online and search engine marketing results.
The primary goal of this role will be to create landing pages for PPC that perform and drive qualified and targeted new business leads and conversions.
Minimum Skills and Competencies:
Understanding of B2B digital advertising
Experience designing online landing pages and ads
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Acrobat, Premiere, After Effects) HTML, CSS and Flash
SEO/SEM page design – keyword depth, A/B testing, effective CTAs and button placement
Marketing Automation System exposure (e.g. Pardot knowledge a plus)
Understanding of different digital mediums and design best practices
Ability to work in fast-paced dynamic environment and juggle multiple projects
Ability to manage to deadlines and adapt to project changes
