Digital Designer

The digital designer is responsible for the visual design of all digital assets for email campaigns. With the guidance of the art director and format lead, the digital designer creates email campaign elements that are compelling, customer-focused and in alignment with the business strategy, marketing objectives, and approved visual standards.

What You'll Do (Job Duties and Responsibilities):

•Demonstrate clear understanding of project briefs

•Execute email campaigns from conception through deployment (Campaigns include customer acquisition, retention, re-activation, promotional, trigger, transactional, loyalty, liquidity, etc)

•Present design concepts and solutions to art directors, and design team

•Ensure email campaigns follow approved visual brand standards and align across all channels

•Build excellent working relationships with project managers, email campaign mangers, art directors, copywriters, developers, and other designers to promote a collaborative working environment

•Successfully manage shifting priorities, extremely tight deadlines, and last minute requests

•Independently anticipate problems, facilitate solutions, and address issues quickly, positively, and professionally

•Research competitive analysis to ensure our creative product remains cutting edge and innovative

•Continually increase the creative benchmark, setting new standards to elevate the customer experience
