Digital Designer

The Digital Designer is assigned projects on a variety of brands and has responsibility for designs on a range of projects including websites, ad banners, mobile, social media, emails and all forms of digital design. 
The Digital Designer provides a spark of creative energy, enthusiasm for digital design trends, plus creative and technical expertise within the digital creative group. Electro is a full-service agency so you’ll collaborate with ACDs, designers, copywriters, UX, project managers, and developers. The Digital Designer brings a skilled approach to executing creative ideas and ensures that projects are produced to a high degree of quality. The Digital Designer reports to the digital ACD, Art Director. 
Responsibilities 
 Create visual designs for websites, emails, banners, apps, and other digital projects. 
 Design for a range of brands and style guides. You’ll design for food brands, cleaning products, 
lifestyle brands, personal care, international, and more. We have a diverse client list to play with. 
 Produce digital elements for various projects as needed. This may include social media, 
animations, emails, video supers, motion graphics, user interface elements and more. 
 Incorporate feedback and direction from creative and dev partners. 
 Present work for review and approvals to internal stakeholders. 
 Collaborate with agency partners in UX, dev, copywriting, and project management day to day. 
 Maintain good relationships to ensure consistency and quality of work. 
 Self manage deliverables to ensure schedules are met 
 Ensure high standards of creative execution. 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 
 Expert technical knowledge in Adobe CS, Sketch, and Invision. 
 Experience as digital production artist or designer in an advertising agency. 
 Knowledge of design and digital trends and best practices. 
 Experience prototyping digital product and designs for testing and presentation.

 Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, along with a good comfort level in presentations. 
 Familiar with all aspects of digital production including handoffs to developers. 
 Ability to quickly ideate and comfortable working in loose conceptual sketches, and able to 
quickly move to presentation-ready comps.

Requirements 
 BFA/MFA or equivalent training in graphic design, advertising and digital design. 
 3+ Years experience working inside agencies and/or in-house creative departments. 
 A portfolio showcasing digital creative work.
