Digital Designer

Is your portfolio FULL of great print and web design? Do you have stellar agency experience? Vitamin T needs a Digital Designer who is first, a top-shelf visionary. MUST BE W2 complainant.

This role will focus primarily on: creative development print collateral, email marketing, brand marketing, design for landing pages and/or front end UX and new site experience(s). You will work collaboratively with outside creative partners and our VP of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Design banner ads (interactive/static/animated), HTML emails, social posts & print media across all channels.
• Execute concept, design and layouts for conversion optimized landing pages and mobile / desktop user flows.
• Independently and consistently execute original, on-brand collateral from concept through to completion in a timely manner.
• Communicate creative ideas and design direction in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
• Work under tight deadlines and respond positively to feedback (we need a team player!).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growing environment.
Qualifications
• 3-5 years industry experience in digital graphic design ideally at an agency, ecommerce or consumer goods company
• Current portfolio of self-created work
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Excellent typography and layout skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with GIFs and video editing a plus
• Familiarity with HTML & HTML5/CSS preferred but not required
