Digital Designer - Min 3 Month contract

JOB PURPOSE
This new role is key for developing new opportunities for our client's creative studio on site with one of their clients - an asset management and wealth management organisation. The role is closely integrated with the client’s digital marketing team, which is responsible for leading their client's online presence and creating a best in class integrated digital service model spanning internal and external digital touch-points. This role will support the client’s web-build team to help deliver the build of new websites for the global business units. This is a very hands-on role, where you will be directly responsible for the digital deliveries and will be implementing everything from simple web edits, to setting up iframes and building out campaign pages using raw HTML supplied from agencies.
This is a client-facing role and the successful candidate will be required to exceed client expectations and deliver exceptional added value in order to expand the opportunities in this area. This role reports into the Design Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build strong client relationships based on trust and mutual goals and objectives
• Work with clients to ensure all content is search friendly and tagged appropriately for both on-site and off-site search engines
• Ensure campaigns are set up as on-platform as possible and appropriately delivered to provide accurate reporting
• Follow strict technical and brand guidelines for content and campaign development
• Perform QA and UAT where required for new CMS and web releases
• Perform quality control checks on their online presence and monitor content compliance utilising online audit tools
• Help implement A/B and MV Testing, personalisation and dynamic content on sites

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
• Strong digital knowledge / website experience
• International experience managing multiple sites / languages an advantage
• CMS experience e.g. Episerver / Sitecore
• Usage of standing data and labels and translation implementation experience
• Strong HTML knowledge and editing experience
• CSS, JS knowledge an advantage
• Site tagging and analytics experience
• Awareness and adherence to internal web policies and FS regulations
• Understanding of information security and data protection, domain management and accessibility standards
• ‘Web-master’ tool experience beneficial e.g. Google Search Console
• Web usability and user centred design experience
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong work ethic
• Attention to detail
• Creativity
• Good communication skills
• Off-line/integrated campaign experience also an advantage


HOURS: 9 am > 5.30 pm
