Digital Delivery Analyst

The Digital Delivery Analyst reports to the Digital Delivery Director and will assist in delivering on Client customization needs for the 2014 Welcome Season. The analyst will work closely with the eBusiness Services, Sales and Service and various business teams throughout the organization to design, implement, and rollout benefit education tools including; Open Enrollment sites, Standard Customizations and Prescription Plan Comparison sites. This position requires collaborating with User Experience, Development, QA and Project Management teams to ensure that new sites and customizations are flawlessly executed by the requesting Client’s effective date.

Responsibilities:
• Meet with Sales and Services teams to gather Client specific requirements. Meet with Clients directly as needed.
• Evaluate incoming requests to ensure team is working from complete information.
• Proofread submitted content and data for accuracy. Engage stakeholders to correct discrepancies when needed.
• Act as an accountable party to develop sites using HTML templates and other coding skills.
• Partner with IT when necessary to deliver sites and customizations.
• Communicate all schedules, deadlines and statuses to Sales and Service teams throughout the digital implementation.
• Conduct Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing to ensure functionality and data accuracy
• Represent business team in meetings.
• Troubleshoot defects and recommend/implement fixes.
• Update project plans and statuses in required implementation SalesForce.com process

Preferred skills -
• Content Management experience a plus
• Previous B2B experience a plus
• Experience with healthcare industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with SalesForce.com a plus
