Help lead the online sales experience strategy for a major division of a national financial services company! Immediate need for freelance (possibility for temp-to-perm) Online Product Manager/Strategist

Within digital marketing, the Sales Customer Experience team drives strategic vision, business results and customer experience to help customers find and acquire the products and services they need. We guide the design of all aspects of the mobile/online sales funnel including education, tools and applications. Partner across the organization to develop strategies and deliver on objectives, key groups include the CCS product marketing and business teams, Digital Sales & Marketing teams, and digital platform leads and lending groups.
- Develop strategies, project concepts and business cases to support line of business and cross credit objectives
- Lead development of initiatives and capabilities to optimize the customer experience across our public website and sales applications.
- Drive enhancements to the sales application customer experience to increase completion rates and bookings fuel overall business growth through digital channels.
- Represent the customer viewpoint in all critical decisions; guide formal customer research
- Maintain awareness of competitive experiences and industry trends in customer experience design; leveraging expertise to educate partners and guide design
- Guide the development and improvement of the customer experience for learning about and acquiring new products and services.
- Support integration of business unit driven product development efforts into sales platforms managed by the digital channels group.
