Digital “Cross Sell” Marketing Project Associate

One of our Fortune 500 financial service clients, who is the leading payment card issuer for small businesses in the United States and supports business owners with a wide range of differentiated products and services, is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Project Manager to join their initiative in the “Cross-Sell” team.

This “Cross-Sell” team targets existing Small Business Card Members to offer new Membership Rewards and new card products to engage, strengthen and protect Small Business Customers across multiple channels (email, mobile, and web). In this very important role, the candidate will work closely with many cross-functional partners including Product Management, Legal, and Compliance to execute marketing banners, emails, and applications that will enable existing Card Members to quickly and seamlessly apply for new Cards for their business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage content of creative assets for customer loyalty and acquisition offers, ensuring timely implementation of legal updates and language consistency across offers
• Execute and project manager digital marketing campaign across various Card products
• Act as Primary Point of Contact with our Compliance and Legal partners to drive adherence to all applicable rules and regulations
• Key stakeholder in defining improvements to campaign execution process
• Develop campaign timelines and coordinate changes to creative assets
• Provide regular campaign status reports to Marketing Manager
• Run monthly performance analyses, send out reports and present results to larger team
• Own forecasting: create/update forecasts as needed and work with Finance to ensure all reporting needs are met

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree, with an interest in marketing
• At least 1 – 3 years of work experience
• Excellent analytic and communication skills; strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task, operate autonomously, prioritize effectively, and meet aggressive deadlines
• Ability to collaborate and influence across teams
• Self-starter who thrives in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment
• Strong MS PowerPoint/Excel/Word skills required; experience with DART and Meridian a plus!
