Digital Creative Strategist / Associate Marketing Manager,

The Small Business Group division is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager on the Online Acquisition team in a creative project management role to lead the development of digital advertising in the support of performance media programs. As an Associate Marketing Manager for the Online Acquisition (OA) team focusing on QB's products, you will be responsible for leading creative strategy, working with advertising/media agencies, and facilitating production of brand compliant and effective direct response online advertising. The AMM will work across different products and has vertical responsibility for all digital creative in the Paid Media channels including display ads (video, display, social, mobile) and landing page design/optimization.

The role manages our creative agencies and collaborates with multiple teams across the organization. The AMM will also support and at times lead cross-functional brainstorms with other professionals including business leaders, marketers, brand managers, researched, media planners, agency partners, and more.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate, lead, and inspire internal and external creative partners to develop original concepts, templates, visual solutions, and creative ideas that will solve real problems for our consumers and drive business
• Ensure creative standards are met and up-held in every execution across all of OA’s digital touch points
• Strong strategic thinker who can bring new ideas and solutions to the OA team and get buy-in from multiple stakeholders, whether improvements to creative execution, creative process, or segment/business strategies
• Provide day-to-day management of multiple campaigns
• Collaborate with other members in the organization to help develop/refine strategies, create briefs, and brainstorm creative ideas
• Act as an internal liaison for OA creative and strategy tests, executions, and roadmap, including share-outs of results internally and externally
• Use insights from creative experiments to inform and identify opportunities to improve the experience and performance within OA
• Work with various teams, such as XD, Advertising, and Social, to create integrated creative campaigns
• Manage OA’s digital asset management system and work with agencies to continuously improve the reporting process of campaigns

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in a brand management, creative marketing, or advertising agency role preferred
• Knowledge of digital paid performance media marketing disciplines
• Ability to lead meetings, take initiative, and work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
• Ability to provide clear direction to agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Ability to pivot and adapt quickly, shift priorities, and innovate without missing a beat of our “Test and Learn” approach in OA
• Understanding of digital media specs, ad serving requirements, tracking, tagging, and trafficking
• Ability to translate customer insights into executions that achieve tangible results
• Analytical abilities, problem solving skills, and a passion for data-based decision making
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written including presentations
• BA/BS Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, and/or another related field
