Our client is looking for a hands-on Digital Creative Manager to lead their team. You need to be creative, with excellent people management skills and plenty of hands-on experience working across digital media projects.

You will be responsible for creative projects across all digital media (.com / web / mobile / UK / EU), providing creative direction to the team, rolling out campaigns and overseeing projects as a brand guardian. The work load will include template driven projects, but there is the opportunity to work on conceptual and creative material as well.

Being a retail client, we require candidates with commercial experience and ideally we are looking for someone that has worked within an in-house studio.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for a team of approximately 10 – covering a mixture of content and design staff. The team includes both permanent and freelance members, so experience with resource management is a must.

You will be reporting directly to the Operations Director, so the ability to communicate with key stakeholders within the business is essential.

This role will be starting as a freelance or fixed term contract and will ideally extend into a permanent role for the right candidate.
