Digital Creative Content Producer

In-house full time freelance opportunity:
We are starting a new initiative in Global Communications, a "Next Generation news room" and need someone who can quickly and efficiently create and deliver multiple visuals to be used across many outlets.
The company is seeking a Digital Creative Content Producer who is an expert in all things digital creative. Candidates must possess the ability to quickly bring visual ideas to the table and possess knowledge of all topics involved in digital/web-based/social media design. The Producer will support the corporate, digital and external communications teams in creating timely cutting-edge visual design on the company’s digital channels including: .com corporate site, intranets, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and more. The producer must be at the forefront of digital creative skills and anticipates trends and knows the appropriate technology to deliver.
Key skills include but are not limited to:
· Agility and ability to brainstorm and create digital assets quickly to respond to trending topics
· Knack for photography and shooting video for all platforms
· Ability to edit video, create motion graphics, and export audio and video using Adobe Creative Suite programs and other video editing software
· Capacity to write clear, engaging, conversational scripts that reflect the brand voice
Ability to explore and leverage other technology that may augment our communication goals
· Expert in responsive design including the ability to identify images sizes for all breakpoints given what developers code
· Fluency in HTML and CSS
· Mock up layouts in HTML and/or emulation tools to preview creative
· Ability to troubleshoot when needed across all of our digital platforms – design as well as basic technical expertise
· Ability to identify optimal image, animations and video formats and sizes on all digital platforms
· Participate in daily content brainstorms for both internal and external platforms
· Transform ideas into visual assets to be used across social platforms and the company website
· Assist in pushing digital boundaries and staying on top of industry trends
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills
• Professional and Mature

• Strong Knowledge of leading edge, new technology for web and social media and all social media platforms

• Create/design for all social platforms

• Strong knowledge of Cinemagraphs, Photoshop, illustrator, After Effects and Premiere

• Some coding experience

• CSS and HTML

• Previous experience with other “Newsroom” style , Facebook, Refinery29, Instagram
