Digital Copy Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist position is responsible for ensuring the digital marketing/communication projects and tactics are delivered effectively, operating efficiently, and driving the desired results. Responsibilities will include executing and analyzing digital marketing/communications tasks as they relate to these primary areas: website administration, email/SMS marketing, contests, and social media. The Digital Marketing Specialist will frequently work with stakeholders across departments (i.e. Marketing, Customer Experience, Distribution Operation, HR, etc.). The role will support and contribute to the Digital Communications Manager's planning, strategy and concepts.

Key tasks will include, but are not limited to:

Website Administration
- Coordinate changes to website, including content updates
- Provide reporting on website performance using Google Analytics
- Ensure website content adheres to legal and brand standards
- Product creative assets to support content updates
Social Media Support
- Maintain social content (i.e. YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn) within websites
- Oversee social media customer outreach
- Provide analytics and reporting
- Facilitate the social media efforts with Social Media SMEs
Lead Generation / CRM
- Assistance with email/SMS marketing campaign setup, ensuring effectiveness, and performance reporting
- Maintaining email and CRM best practices while working with our marketing tools
- Help optimize existing email marketing opportunities and assist in creating new ones
- Provide Email/SMS analytics and reporting
Required Skills
- 3-4 years in the digital marketing/communications field
- Experience with email and SMS marketing tools (i.e., ExactTarget, Nuance)
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills and previous experience with Google Analytics
- Excellent organization, project management and communication skills
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Prior experience with content management systems (i.e. IBM WebSphere CMS, Adobe AEM)
- Ability to create assets and wireframe to support content
- Good understanding of the responsive dynamic websites and mobile trends
Preferred Skills
- Previous work with marketing automation tools, specifically CRM tools, like Salesforce, SAP is a plus
- Experience with Marketing Cloud suite of tools (Social Studio, Buddy Media, Radian6)
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS a plus
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Graphics Experience a plus

Education
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communication or a related field preferred
