Employment Type: Contract (Monday to Friday, 9-5)
Location: Downtown Toronto, Onsite Daily

Here’s what you will be doing on a daily basis:
Communicate and coordinate with agencies; for example, if the photography needs to be done a certain way, you would take notes of what needs to be done; you would make sure the assets come back in time; and ensure that there are no missing pieces.
Creative Briefs / Internal Meetings:
Prepare for, book, coordinate, sit in on creative meetings; assist the director - be his eyes and ears when he is not in on a meeting – taking notes and recording pertinent information.
Invoices - tracker in Excel; make sure everyone is getting paid
Budgetary control - timelines etc.
Calendars and Bookings:
Booking meeting rooms, making sure meetings are not overlapping, reoccurring meetings are scheduled accordingly.
You will be the boots on the ground, to assist the team with whatever they need.
