Digital Coordinator

Our client, a Fortune 500 organization is looking to add a new Consultant to their growing Lead Generation marketing team. The team supports marketing campaigns that target small to medium-sized US-based B2B clients by partnering to develop marketing insights and execute campaigns for local market acquisition goals. The Lead Generation team works closely with the Sales teams to understand local market goals and buyer needs. The team also partners with multiple Marketing teams to scale resources and expertise. This entry-level role will be supporting the workload of the team, helping to organize materials and participate in meetings.

Key areas of support within this role include:

Support Execution and Monitoring of Digital Media Campaigns

  • Test emails before deployment
  • Social Campaigns
  • SEO/SEM programs
  • Web Optimization and Analysis
  • Email campaign report analysis
  • Proofread digital marketing materials
  • Interface with legal compliance

    Support Execution of Lead Generation Campaigns in CRM Tool

  • Format files for loading and executing campaigns in
  • Create reports and dashboards in to track and report campaign metrics

    Support Internal Training Programs and Communications

  • Work with Sales Effectiveness to schedule trainings and communications
  • Develop communication plan to keep Sales engaged

    Vendor Management Support

  • Facilitate process of drafting scripts, including adhering to legal and compliance regulations
  • Onboard/Offboard new vendor reps
  • Create campaigns in
  • Manage leads driven from “Inbound” tactics (Web, Social, PPC)

    Administrative Management

  • Develop and manage project intake process
  • Maintain Lead Generation project plan
  • Track the Lead Generation digital budget
  • Facilitate meetings and log meeting notes
