My client is an exciting fintech start up company with an extremely strong team of more than 60 employees across 45 different countries. Their service is fixed on making international money transfer a seamless and straightforward practice for everyone involved, removing the drawn out process that consumers have become accustom to.

As they are going through an exciting growth period and are looking to double their team in size, they are currently looking to bring a Digital Content and CRM Manager to really hit the ground running and elevate them to another level.

Reporting into the Head of CRM, you will be tasked with planning, creating and managing the consumer journey across online, managing the engagement lifestyle from concept right through to completion. With that being said, all ideas and practices should put people at the heart of them, as you’ll be improving their overall online experience.

An important aspect of this role is Copywriting. You should feel comfortable drafting and finalised copy to really contribute to the User Journey and make the navigation process much easier. People need to be communicated with so if you can write engaging, exciting and informative copy, this will really take this role to another level.

As the CRM/Content Manager, you’ll be responsible for helping improve the product funnel through in-app messages, emails, push notifications and email campaigns. You’ll be tasked with creating data driven campaigns with landing pages and in channels that really drive activation and consumer use. Working with a designer should make this process easier as you’ll be really nailing down what needs to be done to improve conversion and activation rates across the business.

Essentially, you should be an intuitive individual who loves to translate text too because you’ll be working on European Markets as a focus point, so you’ll be really driving projects that can be transparent across different markets.

All in all, you should be an energetic, intuitive CRM manager who really loves managing and growing content, giving online platforms that creative spin with your great copy skills. If this sounds like you, then this role could be an excellent match.
