Our forward-thinking Fortune 500 luxury-brand financial service client is looking for a talented Digital Content Strategist to join their team as a contract/freelancer, onsite, 40 hours, in the NYC office. If you are wondering what a Digital Content Strategist is, look no further. He/she

• Examines the “what, where, when, who, why, how, and how much”
• Plans for the creation, aggregation, governance, and expiration of useful, usable, appropriate “content” since “content” is more than just copy. Content is all the contents, the information, what is communicated.

The product, which you would be working on, is a unique, recently launched rewards program and the first loyalty coalition program in the U.S. that allows consumers to use one loyalty card to earn and use points across some of the biggest national brands.

This client is in need of an experienced content writer and strategist to be the subject matter expert of how, when, and what they tell users as they interact with their products and program. This person will work closely with design and development teams to create live products and demo products for user testing.

Responsibilities:
• Write clear, concise user-facing copy for mobile, web, and other products.
• Be the business SME for all product copy and how they walk users through the program
• Drive vision for content across all products
• Collaborate with design, development, and multiple business teams to create best in class products
• Improve processes for copywriting for each business unit

Qualifications:
• Relevant experience in product and/or marketing copywriting
• Experience working closely with development and design teams to create products
• Experience working with mobile products
• Strong ability translating business needs into product
• You have a startup experience mentality and are internally energized to create new products
