Digital Content Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Content Specialist for our sports/footwear fortune 500 retail client who will be responsible for digital asset management within the Brand Design organization. Enable partners to access, manage, and leverage content in a way that streamlines the creative development and market execution processes.
Responsibilities:
• Support the Creative Operations Project Management team by directing, organizing and managing content to enable a seamless flow from concept to archive
• Follow defined best practices to organize and distribute assets, ensuring files meet established naming and formatting guidelines
• Incorporate standard workflows, forms and files to maintain timely asset availability and access
• Understand and educate best practices for file naming, formatting, transfer and storage to content owners, creators and agency partners
• Identify and propose implementation opportunities to streamline and improve on best practices and processes
• Use strong process and project management expertise to leverage against changing needs and requests under the direction of Creative Operations team
• Work in conjunction with the Global Content & Tools team on content management-related updates to tools, processes and best practices
• Support Creative Operations team by maintaining and publishing internal documents and reference materials
Role Requirements:
• Passionate about Sport and understanding of Brand Design process
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Operations, Marketing or a related field
• 2+ years relevant work experience in an agency or corporate setting
• Strong understanding of digital asset management, including current file
development, storage and transfer best practices and jargon
• Ability to manage multiple projects of various scopes with different and
converging timelines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills that nurture the
collaboration between internal teams and stakeholders
• Ability to understand challenges or underlying concerns, share ideas and
develop effective responses
• Experience building relationships and collaborating with internal and
external partners
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse, perpetually
changing environment
• Must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro,
Bridge
