Digital Content Producer

Our client is looking for a Digital Content Producer to manage and implement daily digital content and strategy. This client is looking for someone who is a highly motivated individual with passion and drive to oversee everything that relates to the web and who can take their online presence to the next level.

The ideal candidates are not only keeping up with what is current online—they are cutting edge; they have a desire to understand the business inside and out; they understand the need for online presence to be the strongest communication; they know what the words ‘Web Content Management’, ‘Search Engine Optimization’, and ‘Twitter Handle’ mean; and they understand the importance of a quick-turnaround and meeting deadlines.

Additional responsibilities include:
• Responsible for developing all aspects of our online presence
• Responsible for their virtual footprint (i.e. edit and proofread content)
• Ensure online presence is consistent with their Brands
• Establish policies and procedures concerning their digital presence
• Partner with the technical team to maintain and enhance the website
• Collaborate with internal and outside developers & agencies to create an effective user experience
• Increase brand awareness and drive traffic to their stores
• Track online success
• Build content management and social media strategies

Requirements for the role:
• Possess strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Confident--Not arrogant
• Social media guru--understand Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr and anything else online
• Experience using social media and SEO tracking/aggregation software to effectively monitor benchmarks
• Have knowledge and understanding of online analytics and how to harness the information to make recommendations and strategies
• Organized, detail-oriented and motivated
• Bachelor’s or Associates degree in advertising, marketing, web development, or communications
• 3-5 years experience managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programs
• 3-5 years of digital management experience
• Solid technical comprehension and can learn new tools quickly
• Basic Knowledge of HTML and experienced with content management systems is a plus!
• Basic Adobe CS4-6 Suite software skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products
