Digital Content Producer

Our client, a multinational imaging and electronics company, is looking for a solid Digital Content Producer to join their team!

In this role, you'll assist with day-to-day web production, including planning, developing and implementing new website landing pages—as well as updating existing pages—to support customers. Candidates must have experience in daily content production of a large website, and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects. No design or development responsibilities required.

Start Date: as soon as they find the right fit
Duration: Temp-To-Perm; 3 months to start with the opportunity to extend to full time employment thereafter
Location: Malvern, PA

Qualifications:
• experience in daily content production of a large website is MANDATORY
• 3-5 years of online content production experience, including web publishing and version control
• Project and cross-functional team collaboration, web production and site management
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and execute at a high level
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Engaged, positive and focused on exceptional teamwork
• Ability to adapt, flex with circumstances and embrace change
• Thrives in a complex, dynamic, fast-paced organization
• Experience in browser compatibility and accessible design
• Excellent verbal communication and written communication skills
• Familiarity with SEO and accessibility
• Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements, diverse project needs and tight timelines
• Candidate must possess a strong foundational understanding of basic web principles, code (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript), and cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility
• CMS experience strongly preferred
• Experience using front-end content development tools, like Gather Content and Sitecore
• Proofing / marketing background would be ideal
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Detail-oriented self-starter who takes initiative and is able to work independently
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with geographically distributed teams

Responsibilities:
• Work with Content Strategy and Content Production to develop page requirements and CMS implementation plans to ensure that scope and deliverables are met.
• Represent the customer perspective across the entire online customer journey. Articulate to stakeholders the key customer behavior that influence and impact design, architecture and content.
• Manage content on public-facing Ricoh USA websites.
• Work with cross-functional groups to implement new features and updates across Ricoh USA websites.
• Adhere to design and production guidelines as provided by the Customer Experience and Digital Marketing (CXDM) team.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional CXDM team to establish content and publishing plans.
• Develop and implement Ricoh USA’s online projects and day-to-day maintenance.
• Assist greater cross-functional teams to translate objectives into projects, and execute them with limited supervision.
• Place content within a Content Management System (CMS) tool and verify that the content appears correctly on the page.
