Digital (Content) Producer

Our client is a high profile retailer with an exceptional reputation for quality. If you are an energetic digital producer, possess 2-3 years experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of digital projects and thrive within a close knit, fun team.

Core Responsibilities:
Management and implementation of a variety of digital and content-led projects, managing all internal and external stakeholder expectations and rationalising and prioritising projects where necessary.
Management of end-to-end lifecycle of digital projects including technical requirements gathering, scoping, costing, project plans, wireframes, project status reports, WIP documentation, ensuring the projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Proactively initiate new ideas and efficiencies that will benefit the business, advocating and fostering digital innovation and progress throughout the business.
Coordinate the internal digital resources, ensuring existing and new business projects are appropriately resourced at all times.

Communicate clear objectives for each project and involve key team members at the optimal times to ensure project success.
Serve as the main interface on projects, help define the vision, clarify strategic requirements, explain complex ideas clearly and manage expectations.

You will bring:
3+ years demonstrated ability to manage digital campaigns and technical projects across web, social, mobile, apps, email marketing, banner advertising and more.
Experience and willingness to work in a fast-paced digital advertising agency or client-side digital production environment is essential.
Experience managing Flash and HTML banner campaigns, along ad serving platforms such as DoubleClick and Sizmek.
Experience using project management and task tracking systems such as Jira, Redmine, Kapost, 10,000 ft, Basecamp, MS Project and more
Understanding of systems and tools such as Sitecore and Websphere CMS, Google Analytics, Coremetrics, along with email marketing platforms such as Taguchi and Exact Target.
Knowledge of existing and emerging digital channels along with the ability to adapt to new technologies as the digital ecosystem evolves.
Experience managing HTML developers, Flash and HTML5 developers to produce project outputs, along with a clear understanding of their world.
Excellent organisation and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Scoping, estimating, time-lining and documentation including functional specs, risk identification and change management practices. Understanding of interface and interaction design, navigation and information architecture across all digital channels.
Understanding of wire-framing and UX principles.
Ability to liaise with a broad range of people, including line management, senior management, external suppliers and related people. Understands basic web-based and client/server architectures, including how systems interface with each other
Ability to carry out user testing and quality assurance testing across multiple devices.
