Digital Content Marketing Executive

Firebrand are once again partnering with this leading hospitality group for the search for Digital Content Marketing Manager. This role is responsible for assisting and supporting the distribution digital content across predominantly social media and other key digital marketing channels. This includes creating and editing engaging content for the groups online and social assets to boost customer engagement and ultimately drive an uplift in web conversion.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Marketing team execute brand specific and multi business unit channel / distribution marketing campaigns
• Assist in managing microsite content including special offers and promotions
• Create engaging and branded content for all packages, campaigns and online customer messaging; aiming to develop a deeper relationship with new and existing customers
• Analyse the effectiveness of channel strategies to support sales, marketing and revenue plans and distribution related issues
• Support the Marketing team in identifying and penetrating new channels outside of the regular mix

Key Requirements
• Minimum 2/3 years’ experience in a digital focused marketing position, ideally within a content role
• Must be a natural with the written word, with proven experience across managing multiple channels
• Have a firm understanding across social media and other digital marketing channels
• Hotel, Tourism and Hospitality experience not essential but preferred
• Demonstrated project management experience in organising, planning and executing content projects from conception through to implementation
