Digital Content Manager

My client has gone from strength to strength and is rapidly growing! They are a vibrant team dedicated to making a difference in the world and they are looking for others to join their tribe.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager they are currently looking for a driven, charismatic, passionate Digital Content Manager to help them achieve their vision.

Responsibilities:

- Drive sustainable growth through the management and implementation of innovative content marketing strategies that enhance their reach, engagement, relationship with audience, influence, recall, and reputation for the ultimate purpose of unearthing lead opportunities within the market
- Managing the performance of all Digital Content assets (blog, podcast, social media, video content, etc)
- Management and leadership of the Content Team
- Conducting research of world's best practice in regards to leveraging content marketing strategies across campaigns, lead nurturing/automation and social media
- Auditing effectiveness through analysis of data for the purpose of optimisation
- Driving creative activities across all media formats (video, podcast, ebooks, digital mags, etc) in collaboration with the wider marketing team to truly engage the hearts and minds of our consumers
- Acting as the 'chief editor' for all content to ensure it's consistent with brand guidelines and of a world-class standard
- Providing reports, insights and suggestions to the Marketing Manager to enhance performance

Experience & Skills:

- 3-5 years experience in digital marketing with a focus in inbound/content lead strategies
- Understanding of the key principles of inbound marketing and how it contributes to overarching marketing strategy
- Exceptional copywriting skills with experience in telling stories across all media formats (blog, print, video, podcast, etc)
- Experience using Website Content Management Systems (ie - WordPress)
- Experience using marketing automation platforms for the purpose of prospect building and lead nurturing (ie - Pardot, Vertical Response, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc)
- Strong Google Analytics and reporting capability to track performance and optimise campaigns
- Acute understanding of key digital technologies that enhance content performance metrics (ie Crazy Egg, Opt-in Monster, Sniply, etc)
- Experience developing content campaigns for the purpose of lead acquisition
