Must have strong Digital Content experience- corporate experience preferred. Financial services experience a plus!

Responsibilities: Accountable for day-to-day management of content, quality control and creative functionality of client global intranet and external corporate website. Coordinates, edits, and monitors the production and posting of web content for company initiatives and projects, working with content contributors, graphic designers, technical support and vendors. Advises and assists with page design and layout, including the optimization of graphics and visuals in accordance with evolving company style guidelines. Provides support to content contributors as needed with design, layout, and content entry issues. Assists in the documentation and communication of processes, calendars and other key tools to support content production

As necessary, supports design, formatting, testing, and distribution of HTML emails to multiple targeted global distribution lists on behalf of corporate departments and senior executives.

Assists with management and content posting to corporate social media channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) including elevating/reposting social media and other content from clients various businesses.

The ideal person for this role has demonstrated track record of digital site management, excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, is detail-oriented and organized. Strong communication skills, and confident writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities, in addition to curating content. Possesses keen organizational skills and judgment and ability to multi-task and meet goals and deadlines.

Experience and Skills: Minimum of 5-7 years related experience. Experience with management of user-centered content development, interface design, and information architecture and proficiency with content management systems, such as Sharepoint and Adobe platforms, specifically Adobe Enterprise Management (AEM). Ability to troubleshoot HTML, CSS, and browser-display issues. Experience with Twitter, LinkedIn and other social tools. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
