Digital Content Manager

One of Australia's leading Health & Beauty Retailers has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Content Manager. Reporting in to the Group Digital Marketing Manager this position focuses on championing the online customer experience through the delivery of relevant and engaging content and creative.
An initial 6 month Contract to start Feb with a view to go permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, source, develop and approve relevant content, articles and images across digital platforms including, in-store, digital screens, external microsites, apps, affiliate marketing creative.

Manage briefing process with external creative and content agencies ensuring timelines and budgets are met

Leverage content across multiple digital channels to achieve measurable marketing objectives, (i.e., increase brand awareness, consumer engagement, online traffic, conversion.

Develop and maintain digital content calendar

Own the creative direction and maintain branding consistency for across all digital channels

Primary SKills Required:

Tertiary qualification in a marketing, advertising or design related field

Demonstrated experience updating websites using different CMS (Magento highly regarded)

Demonstrated understanding of user experience and customer experience analysis

Working knowledge of SEO, optimising the performance of online content

Experience using Photoshop / Adobe Creative Suite

Basic HTML skills will be highly regarded

Proven experience of using online metrics tools

Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
