Digital Content Manager

Responsibilities:
• Maintain and publish content for website
• Personalize content for targeted customer experiences 
• Support the quality assurance process, helping to identify and fix publishing issues 
• Work closely with a team of content strategists, information architects, designers, researchers, usability specialists, creative directors, quality assurance and site managers 
• Provide excellent customer service to internal clients 

Skills and Knowledge: 
• Knowledge of web content management systems and source control tools 
• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS and their use in web content management systems 
• Knowledge of content personalization 
• Knowledge of A/B or multivariate content testing 
• Knowledge of Agile work methodology 
• Experience with web UX conventions and standards 
• Have problem solving abilities and critical thinking skills 
• Detail oriented and highly developed organizational skills 
• Aptitude for quickly learning enterprise applications 
• Communicating courteously with internal customers by telephone, email, and face-to-face 
• Confidence to seek answers within teams, business units, and large organizations 
• Ability to work independently, quickly, and thoroughly to prioritize and complete tasks under multiple deadlines 
• Experience working in a large corporation within financial services, or in a fast-paced publishing environment would be helpful 
• Undergraduate degree or comparable experience preferred 
• Creativity, curiosity, optimism, and a sense of humor

Working in Boston, M-F, 40 hours per week.
