AQUENT is seeking a Digital Content Manager for an exciting opportunity in Richmond, VA!

In this role you will serve as a Content Manager for our Client's HR Experience and Marketing team.  You will be responsible for telling the story of life at the company. To engage, empower and inspire their nearly 50K associates, and play a critical role in shaping their voice and influencing how their connect differently through natural, non-corporate language.

Responsibilities
•    Lead Content Design Strategy
o    Develop a consistent Information Architecture for HR’s content strategy across channels and platforms
o    Evaluate existing content and identify opportunities to improve the associate experience
o    Monitor content for effectiveness (accurate, clear and easy to comprehend without seeking an alternate channel, etc.)
•    Develop Content
o    Create content informed by continuous associate feedback
o    Drive conversations about HR voice; influence how we connect with associates differently through our language; ensure we speak to associates in their natural language -- and free from excessive jargon and acronyms
o    Work collaboratively with design and search to ensure we’re delivering awesome associate experiences
•    Lead Content Governance
o    Develop and deliver on a governance plan that ensures all content complies with standards, is optimized for search and usability, and is consistent in terms of style, quality, tone of voice
o    Infuse a marketing mindset to create high quality effective content in alignment with our talent brand story and standards

Basic Qualifications
•    BA/BS in Marketing, Design, English, Journalism, or related field required
•    5+ years relevant experience in content marketing, some technical writing experience preferred
•    Incredible story-teller with excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Strategic and creative thinker
•    Exceptional attention to detail and follow through; hands-on when it comes to writing/proofing content and campaigns
•    Ability to lead/prioritize multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment
•    Exceptional ability to collaborate within and across teams
•    Passionate and driven team player


Preferred Qualifications
•    Previous Design, Content Management or Marketing experience in a large organization
