Digital Content Management Specialist

Our client, one of the largest global providers of insurance, annuities, and employee benefit programs is currently seeking a Digital Content Specialist to help coordinate and administer the digital tools that help the company's advisors build and succeed with their online presence, including social media and online advisor locator. In this role, the Digital Content Specialist will work directly with advisors and other staff to build and manage their online presence and their social media presence. The Specialist will work with internal partners to develop social media and other online content that can be used in marketing efforts, which includes working on sales campaigns and online training. The Specialist will also support the other activities of the Digital Platform team, including updating the internal website and coordinating certain communication events, such as webcasts.


Responsibilities:

• Virtually assists advisors and associates in setting up and managing their online presence, including social media business pages
• Coordinates development of content to support advisors’ online presence and social selling needs, in social media, websites, etc.
• Updates content on the internal website
• Assists in the development of content for online communication and marketing events, such as podcasts
• Coordinates certain communication events such as webcasts
• Ensures accurate advisor and office information for the online advisor locator
• Analyzes measurements for engagement and usage trends; recommends design and/or system modifications to achieve goals
