Our healthcare client is looking for a Digital Content Editor to work with their Global Digital Marketing team. The role has two parts, one as a Digital Content Editor, managing changes to the customer-facing websites. And two, as a Technical Liaison, to coordinate with vendor and in-house technical teams to make programming changes to CMS and other aspects of our web environment.

DIGITAL CONTENT EDITOR RESPONSIBILITIES (70%-80% of time)
 Edit/Curate content changes
o Light copy editing
o Identify imagery
o Optimize user experience
 Light copywriting
 Enter changes in Tridion Content Management System (CMS) or direct others
 Create and maintain documentation
 For any functionality changes being developed, work with technical teams to optimize the user experience and train/orient others
 Collaborate with others to conceptualize and create additional digital content
 Manage small projects
o Knowledge of HTML important
o Define requirements
o Define activities
o Assign roles and responsibilities
o Determine timelines
o Communicate appropriately
o Recognize and resolve issues
o Drive to completion

TECHNICAL LIASON RESPONSIBILITIES (20%-30% of time)
 Understand functionality of websites and fundamentals of how associated web environment, including
o All aspects of launching new websites
o Form functionality
o Solar search functionality
o Google Analytics and general SEO concepts
 Understand all outstanding tickets identifying system errors or development requests and coordinate their progression to completion
