Digital Content Coordinator

The digital platform specialist will support all digital functions related to managing client’s global digital platforms, including .com, employee intranet, mobile app and visual message boards. Responsibilities include creating new web pages, updating existing pages, adding curated content and monitoring analytics/statistics of site traffic. The digital platform specialist will work closely with client’s corporate digital content and asset production teams.


o Per direction from content team, create and publish new pages for dotcom and intranet, adhering to client style and theme standards

o Update existing web pages on dotcom, intranet and mobile app, including updating content, assets, style, etc.

o Add graphic and editorial content to digital message boards, using boards’ CMS tool

o Ensure that overall standards for appearance and usability are maintained for all websites

o Manage access rights of website users

o Provide support and training to website editorial team members

o Participate in technical troubleshooting and testing of sites

o Monitor analytics and statistics of website and mobile app traffic using Adobe Analytics

o Create ad-hoc reports using Adobe Analytics as needed


· Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator skills

· Detail-oriented, with focus on quality and accuracy

· Strong multi-tasking and problem solving skills along with ability to meet aggressive deadlines

· Communication and organizational skills

· Project management experience in a team-based environment, including video production processes
