Digital Communications Coordinator

Reporting to the Director of Digital Communications, the Digital Communications Coordinator will be responsible for the overall organization, coordination and execution of specific projects related to corporate website and other digital communications commitments and goals. This is a 3-month contract, full-time hours, and onsite.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support for project initiation, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records and information on a shared server
- Define project scope and deliverables
- Prepare and maintain project plans, defining tasks, resources and timelines
- Assemble and coordinate project staff including external vendors and internal departments to facilitate workflow and execute project deliverables on time and in scope
- Monitor and track project deliverables using appropriate tools to disclose project status to management
- Document processes and workflows
- Maintain training manuals and best practices guides
- Provide project evaluation reports documenting solutions and an assessment of results
- Work with translation vendors to manage the status of translation projects through a translation management platform
- Create and manage content in a content management system
- Coordinate and participate in quality assurance and testing, referencing strategy documents, wireframes, visual designs, style guides and annotations to ensure specified web and translation strategy is implemented
- Document website issues in an online tracking system and work with cross-functional team to deploy resolutions
- Comfortable with technology concepts like integrations between a content management system and translation management system, external font sources, remote video hosting, database interaction, web services, etc.
