Our client is currently seeking a contractor to support the employment branding team. Employment branding refers to the practice of marketing a company to a targeted set of candidates. A large portion of this position will include identifying broad marketing techniques that can be leveraged to target candidates. Additionally, the branding contractor will help to develop effective communication strategies for reaching potential candidates with a heavy focus on social media tactics.
We are seeking an individual interested in gaining valuable knowledge and experience in leveraging technologies and social media to market the company to potential candidates. This position is located at our corporate headquarters in downtown St. Louis, MO and reports directly to the Sourcing Strategies Consultant in Human Resources
