This Global Technology's Financing function provides a range of flexible options that enable customers to structure their IT spend to meet their specific business and financial needs. The mission of Financing function is to enable its products and services through payment solutions.

The Global Technology's Financing Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the Global Marketing Lead in all marketing communications activities in the EMEA region (12 countries). This role requires an individual who is a self-starter and able to effectively support the effort to maximize sales, partner and customer awareness across multiple distribution channels resulting in increased revenue and profitability.

The Marketing Specialist will have delegated end-to-end responsibility for supporting the development of marketing projects, establishing priorities, budgeting, and the tactical execution, tracking, and measurement of the marketing activities. In addition to this they will have direct responsibility for a number of key projects as identified.


Under the direction of the Global Marketing Lead, the Marketing Specialist has the following responsibilities:
• Manage all EMEA-related web properties within the companies offering
• Generate management reporting of web property performance and recommendations to drive usage.
• Coordinate and track the placement of content in EMEA communications. This to be managed and reported on to the relevant stakeholders quarterly in arrears with analysis of coverage and suggested areas for improvement.
• Brief and manage external copywriters on the development of Partner testimonials, article generation & customer evidence.
• Coordinate all aspects of Partner testimonial and customer evidence generation for the EMEA region and to provide regular reporting on its status to the relevant stakeholders.
• Capture and communicate a quarterly Scorecard on Partner & Customer site Web trends for EMEA.
• Coordinate and track activity of events within EMEA. This to be managed and reported on to the relevant stakeholders quarterly in arrears with analysis of coverage and suggested areas for improvement.
• Manage the creation, distribution, and publication of internal Win Sheets for EMEA.
• Manage the stock levels of all marketing giveaways including shipment to all countries, replenishment, etc.
• Manage/assist in the localization and finalization of marketing content for the EMEA region as required.

In addition to these specific responsibilities the Marketing Specialist may provide the following support to the Global Marketing Lead:
• Support the coordination and sourcing of writing and sending approved press releases to the relevant media.
• Support the development and creation of both internal and external promotional materials.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of sales incentives/promotional items.
• Support the management of any trade show and sponsorship opportunities as required.
• Manage updates to any required changes to existing marketing material to support localization requirements.
• Develop and manage stakeholder map and of key EMEA marketing personnel
• Provide marketing support for applicable Business Development Manager (BDM)-led initiatives


Successful candidates will demonstrate, to a reasonable level, the following skills and experience to be successful in this role:
• An understanding of sales, marketing, and tactical execution either gained through study or practical work experience (required)
• Experience in driving an integrated marketing and communication plan for customers across multiple distribution channels from concept through execution, with successful results (preferred)
• An understanding of the company and its segments, BGS and the overall organization.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, with strong analytical skills to assess and respond to market conditions with agility (required)
• Excellent oral and written communications skills, with experience presenting and influencing internal and external audiences, including senior executives (required)
• Demonstrate reasonable analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify market opportunities and guide the direction across audience, segment, and region (preferred)
• Developing project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (required)
• Possess some knowledge and experience across marketing disciplines to develop and execute plans within budget (required)
• Must be able to work effectively cross-function and cross-group (required)
• Effective management of resources, including vendors/agencies, on time and within budget (preferred)

• Full-time hours required
• Strong proficiency using Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to present a professional image when dealing with outside vendors, coworkers, and consumer
• Ability to research and compile information for marketing purposes
• Ability to work independently as well as a team player, while using discretion in decision making and sound judgment in problem solving
• Detail oriented, with a high degree of accuracy in proof-reading and analytics

• Bachelor of Arts or Science (required)
• Previous experience in a marketing related position (required)
• Previous experience with digital marketing campaigns (a plus)
• Previous experience with marketing campaign development and execution (a plus)
