Digital Commerce Associate Manager

This position will support promotions and opportunities to increase digital attach rate as well as partnering with content providers on special offers. Forecast and analyze campaign performances and Campaign improvements and then manage Store sale events. Support weekly business and operations management.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Optimize customer engagement strategies
- Analyzing metrics/traffic, identifying key success factors and consumer behavior trends
- Forecasting and tracking campaign sales and reporting on campaign effectiveness.
- Channeling sales, traffic, and industry data to advise on new business opportunities
• Craft presentations, conduct post-mortems, and report campaign findings to stakeholders; including game publishers/developers, game studios, business partners and executives.
• Maintain calendar of sales events
• Evaluate industry trends and competitive landscapes by carrying out regular competitive intelligence reviews, market analysis, and monitoring industry trends.
• Work closely with Business Operations and Analytics team on key aspects of the Store for games including:
- Customer behavior analysis and segmentation
- Quarterly performance presentations
- Analysis of Store Business performances
• Work closely with the other members of team to craft experiments and tests to establish best practices and drive incremental revenue


Qualifications
• Video Games product knowledge is essential
• Must have experience of negotiating product deals and offers, be highly numerate and be able to demonstrate how they use data at all levels of decision making
• Highly commercial and target driven with a demonstrable track record in a digital sales environment
• 2+ years’ experience in digital/e-commerce analytics
• Strong project management and analytical skills & acute attention to detail
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Proactive, resourceful with an ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication & accountability
• Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication and follow up skills

Desired Attributes:
• Work experience with MicroStrategy, Site Catalyst, Adobe Analytics
• Thorough understanding of the economics and key business drivers of digital media distribution within eCommerce, digital entertainment, and/or online marketing
