Digital Channel Manager

This pivotal digital channel manager within a high profile business, offers both fantastic scope and diversity. You will be responsible for managing and developing all digital channels (web, email, mobile & search) through customer acquisition, segmentation, channel management and ensuring all channels are designed to capture revenue and integrate with external partners.

Core Responsibilities:
Optimisation of existing digital channels including web, email, social media, mobile apps and search
Develop new partnerships & digital opportunities with clients
Drive strategies to grow customer base
Provide platform so all areas of the business can use multiple channels to communicate to customers
Ensure a quality driven approach to documenting user pathways, business rules, high level solution designs and design specifications
Continual optimisation of digital channels based on analysis and user experience
Regular reporting on all digital acquisition and segmentation
Implement a new CMS platform
Develop and implement creative and innovative social initiatives

You will be:
Experienced in conduction and negotiating commercial agreements in the digital area
Bring a sound understanding of market analysis and product / business strategies
Thrive in a diverse, hands-on role
Possess extensive internal stakeholder management skills
Be tertiary qualified in business / marketing or equivalent
Ideally over 4 years experience in a similar role
