Our top retail real estate development client is seeking a Digital Campaign Sr. Manager to join their team!

The Digital Campaign Sr. Manager is responsible for leading the development of comprehensive digital strategies and plans that meet overall business and marketing goals, with a focus on search engine optimization and marketing. This includes leading strategy, deployment and measurement of consumer and business campaigns across digital marketing channels including search, display, social, email, SMS and emerging channels. This creative and analytical position will immerse themselves in research, analytics, messaging and creative to create effective short- and long-term digital plans for campaigns that drive the achievement of key metrics and business results.

This role requires thought leadership and the ability to manage numerous cross-functional priorities with high-visibility. The successful candidate will have a passion for the industry and a desire to roll up their sleeves working in partnership with teams from across the organization in a fast-paced and creative environment.


• Serving as a champion for the digital point of view in marketing campaign planning;
• Leading search engine optimization and marketing strategy and programs;
• Developing, deploying and optimizing comprehensive digital campaign plans that support the achievement of business and marketing results;
• Managing all aspects of campaign calendar and editorial content planning, including program strategy, development and execution in partnership with internal partners and agencies;
• Tracking and analyzing campaign metrics and tying budget, plans and programs to the achievement of agreed upon objectives;
• Effectively communicating to leadership and business partners the opportunities associated with new digital marketing techniques in an ever-evolving digital landscape;


• 9+ years digital and direct marketing experience acquiring new customers, including 4+ years search engine optimization and marketing experience and 4+ years consumer marketing experience. Retail, hospitality and/or financial services industry experience preferred.
• Significant experience developing digital marketing strategies and overseeing campaigns across development, execution and campaign analysis and optimization.
• Experience partnering across teams to develop and manage comprehensive campaign calendars.
• Proven experience with direct response techniques such as segmentation, testing, targeting, contact strategies, database, analytical and ROI assessments in a highly competitive consumer industry.
• Hands on experience developing campaign metrics, and leveraging digital analytical tools to measure and optimize results (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Expertise effectively running and managing search engine optimization (SEO) and search marketing campaigns (PPC).
• Strong understanding of emerging digital techniques and trends.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment.
• Experience managing a cross-functional team to deliver business results a plus.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong agency and budget management experience.
• Academic background in marketing, advertising, communications or related field. Bachelor’s Degree minimum, MBA a plus
