Digital Campaign Project Manager

This is a one year contract.
***This role will be largely remote - some onsite will be required***

Description:
Manage end-to-end personalization and optimization campaign execution on the consumer portal and mobile app. Will work with multiple stakeholder groups across the organization to test different web designs and user experiences. Will track creative asset delivery, organize launch calls (possible off-hour launches), shepherd tests through Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing. Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and solving problems creatively.


In addition to the job description please provide the following information:

1. Coordinate internal resources for execution and on-time delivery of multiple projects running in parallel
2. Successfully manage communication and relationships with cross-functional team and stakeholders
3. Report and escalate to management as needed
4. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Top 3-5 Required Skills:
1. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Proven working experience in project management in digital and/or marketing
4. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Desired Skills:
1. Experience working with Adobe Marketing Cloud products – Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Audience Manager and Analytics or other optimization product (Optimizely, Maxymiser, etc)
2. Experience working with marketing campaign execution

Soft Skills:
1. Strong communicator
2. Positive attitude
3. Able to adapt to a constantly changing environment
