Digital Campaign Manager/Web Producer

Our client, a multinational professional services firm is in need of a Digital Campaign Manager/Web Producer for a long term contract.
The candidate will work with the Global Online team, and is responsible for the development and maintenance of clients' global digital presence and the delivery of digital campaigns.

Reporting to the Global Online Program Lead, the Digital Campaign Manager is part of a team of project and content managers, and will work with marketing and business stakeholders to deliver exceptional end to end digital campaigns across the website, app, and social channels. They will act as a digital consultant to the business and be deeply involved in the planning and execution of content and website development projects.

They will work with the Adobe AEM CMS and Analytics tools, and manage in-house and external creative and development resources. They will also work closely with internal functions, such as Brand, Thought Leadership, IT, and build relationships with stakeholders across the firm.

The candidate will need to gain a detailed understanding of clients' overall digital strategy and best practice guidelines, and be able to demonstrate and articulate it effectively to influence stakeholders and effect relevant change in strategy and behavior. The candidate will deliver measurable improvements against agreed KPIs for content and campaigns for each stakeholder group.

The candidate will also have strong analytical capabilities and use website, search, and social media data to measure success against project KPIs and make continuous improvements. They will have a solid grasp of best practice content marketing and experience in the development of a range of digital content types.


Responsibilities
Project management of digital campaigns, and website development and maintenance
Planning digital content – developing content themes and calendars
Analysis of website metrics, and search/social data to optimize web presence and promotional tactics
SEO: Keyword analysis and content optimization
Developing content for onsite promotion and social channels
Help define best practice by ongoing measurement and documentation of successful approaches
Building working relationships with client content owners, key stakeholders, developers and clients both internally and externally.


Skills & experience
Required:
Strong experience and robust examples for planning digital content – developing content themes and calendars.
Liaising with and managing 3rd parties to coordinate multiple dependencies.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills – ability to work with a wide
range of business stakeholders
Planning and executing digital campaigns and website development projects
Knowledge of digital content development & marketing
Professional project management skills
CMS: Adobe Experience Manager (CQ6)
Analytics: Adobe Analytics/Omniture
