Large banking & cards client located in Long Island City, NY seeks Digital Marketing Campaign Manager (experience marketing digital products is essential) for a 6-month role:

Experience needed:
• Experience marketing digital products
• Capable of working on a cross functional team as the marketing representative for a new product launch.
• Experience working with a digital or creative advertising agency to select partners and develop creative for an advertising campaigns

Key responsibilities include:
• Facilitate forums with different marketing teams to ensure necessary detail is known about FinTech marketing activities.
• Track marketing success metrics agreed to with internal stakeholders
• Ensure marketing and communications activities align to the customer feedback/insights.
• Serve as Voice of Customer from a FinTech stand point when talking to current LOB’s.
• Customer Experience impact with current P&P’s and representing Fintech when it relates to customer, marketing and/or brand for the broader bank.
• Contribute to the market strategy positioning for Fintech (internally and externally)
• Work closely with research team to ensure insights are part of the marketing plan.
• Partner with external stakeholders (e.g. media agency) to ensure channel placement, plan forecasting and tracking are established to ensure the success of all marketing activities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g. NA Bank/CG segment), to develop campaigns from creative brief to production to execution, ensuring seamless positioning of a new mobile banking application seamlessly as part of offerings (as the scope evolves so too will the internal stakeholders and activities).
• Expert knowledge level for the trends and leveraging digital and social are two critical marketing channels.
• Partner with the agency teams to optimize scope and resources for maximum efficiency and quality output in line with budget and goals.
• Be the central expertise for presenting our work to FinTech and broader Citi team.
