Digital Campaign Manager (Acquisition Marketing)

One of our valued Fortune 500 clients is in need of a smart and savvy long term freelance Digital Campaign Manager within their Omni-Channel Integration team (Internet office and Digital Strategy team).

In this role, the candidate will be required to run “end-to-end” campaigns across various forms of digital and social media platforms. The candidate will utilize internal analytics on customer behavior, marketing analytics etc. to devise strategic plans on how this credit card product group can enhance it’s digital and social media presence.

Responsibilities:
• Strategize and guide the execution of online acquisition marketing and social media efforts for new customers and branding ventures
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify and research new capabilities
• Manage the development and implementation in concert with Cards’ digital objectives
• Provide strategic project management across functional groups
• Identifying and cultivating new partners (e.g. online publishers, agencies, technology, etc.)
• Partner with external and internal partners, i.e. agencies, vendors, analytics, strategy teams, etc.) to negotiate and fulfill media buying requirements for campaign.
o Facilitate meetings and problem-solving sessions with internal and external teams to remove hurdles and drive organizational alignment around project scope and due dates
o Draft project charters and project plans; reporting written status reports on all projects
o Design, implement, track, and report project and program level KPIs

Requirements:
• 4-5 years of experience in digital and social media marketing (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) in a corporate environment
• Financial service industry experience a plus!
• Strong understanding of digital media buys from agency experience preferable
• Strong program management, presentation, and communication skills as this role will be interacting with high-level executives
• Understanding of customer/user experience
• Experience in any of the following core responsibilities surrounding digital campaign and execution:
o Solution design & development
o Third Partner & Vendor management
o Pilot program implementations (capabilities, process, legal/compliance support, data security, etc.)
o Integration with other core capabilities or production processes (e.g. modeling, campaign execution, etc.)
o Project prioritization, scheduling, risk mitigation, and communication plans
o Cost-benefit analysis, project risk assessment and business case development
o Program and Platforms such as Legal/Compliance/Control Review Coordination (ORA, CCC, ERM, CPAC)
