Digital Campaign Manager

One of our Fortune 500 Financial Services clients is looking for a Digital Campaign Manager. This is a 4-month contract.

Reporting to the VP & Director, Digital Campaigns US, the Digital Campaign Manager (DCM) is responsible for content maximization across all the client’s digital campaigns and new product developments / launches (web, mobile, social, email). The DCM will be responsible for maximizing campaign ROMI (Return on Marketing Investment), the digital customer experience and improve conversion rates / customer retention for their identified line(s) of business.

Leveraging analytics to identify high-impact opportunities for campaign improvement, this role will heavily influence campaign and customer journeys. This role will be strategic leader on the recommendation and campaign design optimization best practices for client's US-based, public digital properties and will measure the performance, advise on testing strategies to optimize the digital campaigns and provide advice and recommendations on offers, content strategy, site development / functionality, etc. to maximize revenue opportunities.

The incumbent will have a deep understanding of customer buying habits within digital environments and be an expert in targeting techniques, SEO/SEM, online & offline campaigns and offers, and measuring results to deliver a best in class digital customer experience. The incumbent will have strong skills in driving content engagement across multiple customer segments across the US, for their identified line(s) of business, and be part of the team responsible for the strategic delivery of all digital components of campaigns across all client’s digital ecosystem (web, mobile, social, email). The team will have accountabilities for performance, sales / leads, customer interactions and customer retention.

Knowledge and Skills

· Undergraduate degree is required (MBA strongly desired)
· 7 - 10 years’ experience in digital strategic consulting and planning
· Strong knowledge of web development, information design, digital marketing communications development and implementation; including online advertising and promotion, email and search
· Strong knowledge of the digital creative campaign optimization
· In-depth knowledge of internet, online user experience, eCommerce and web-based technology
· Strong knowledge and understanding of the digital & mobile space
· Strong knowledge of email & social campaign optimization
· Excellent knowledge and understanding of SEM/SEO, digital sales funnels, and conversion optimization
· Excellent understanding of business objectives for digital services.
· Strong leadership and coaching of large teams
· Solid experience in the financial sector, or similar industry, particularly crucial for Global Asset Management, Private Bank, Wealth Management and Commercial Banking roles

· Demonstrated ability to identify and act upon business opportunities.
· Proven experience driving leads, sales and other key web metrics through the digital channel, while deploying strategies to improve overall site traffic
· Excellent thought leadership skills with an ability to question assumptions.
· Strong consultative and interpersonal skills including process development, facilitation and negotiation
· Highly organized, self-motivated, adept at managing change and priorities with an ability to work under tight deadlines.
· Detail oriented with analytical, communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written)
· Ability to manage budgets and drive culture of ROMI
· Proven interpersonal and relationship management skills with a strong ability to manage, influence and leverage a multitude of stakeholders
· Strong technical skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint for the creations of management reports, presentations and analysis is required.
